Last updated: 8 October 2026. This policy covers the MarketConnector AI agents website, email outreach, and the MarketConnector WhatsApp Business number operated by Arif, At Post Fardapur, Aurangabad 431118, India (info@marketconnector.in).

What we collect

Business contact details that companies publish themselves (company name, website, generic business email), and whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, messages, and business details such as marketplaces and approximate sales.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, send the sample or proposal you asked for, schedule calls, and deliver services you buy. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp unless you contacted us first.

AI assistant on WhatsApp

Messages to our WhatsApp number may be answered by an AI assistant. It never asks for passwords, OTPs, API keys or payment card details. A human (Arif) handles calls, proposals and payments.

Where it is stored

In our email providers (Google, Hostinger), our CRM (Airtable), and our own server. Access is limited to MarketConnector.

Client accounts

For clients, the agents run on accounts and servers owned by the client, with read-only access unless the client approves otherwise. We do not keep client marketplace data after the project, apart from what is needed for invoices.

Your choices

Reply "no" or "stop" to any email or WhatsApp message and we will not contact you again. Email info@marketconnector.in to see or delete what we hold about you; we respond within 30 days.
