The fee is a small share of one month's sales. Bigger sellers pay a lower percentage.

Optional monthly support is about 0.25% of monthly sales. Payment is 50% to start and 50% after go-live. AI, server and WhatsApp costs are billed to your own accounts, usually a few hundred rupees or dollars a month. We promise a working setup, not a sales number.
Questions sellers ask
Can the agent change my prices, listings or stock?
No. It is read-only by default. If you later want stock updates, every change needs your explicit approval first.
Do you need my Seller Central or Shopify password?
Never. You create limited, read-only API access in your own account during a screen-share, and you can revoke it anytime.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business API on a number you own, and the agent only replies to people who message you first. No bulk messaging.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Amazon India, US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UAE, Japan and Australia, plus Shopify stores. Flipkart and Meesho through their report downloads.
What if I stop paying for support?
The agent keeps running on your own server and accounts. Support only covers changes and help.
